if you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase, kookie will exchange or credit your account. simply contact customer
care
at sales@think-kookie.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA)
and the reason for returning the item.
please note: sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. return packages will not
be accepted without an RMA#. all items must be returned
to kookie within 7 days of receipt in new, unworn condition with tags attached.
applicable charges will apply to exchanges. ship returns to address
below, prepaid and insured (shipping and gift wrapping fees are non-refundable).
